Fluorescent Flex PU is a type of vinyl material that is commonly used for creating high-visibility designs on garments. This material is known for its unique fluorescent and reflective properties, which make it an ideal choice for applications where visibility is important.
Fluorescent Flex PU is a polyurethane-based material that is designed for heat transfer onto various types of fabrics. It is compatible with most vinyl cutters and can be easily cut into different shapes and designs.
The vinyl is designed to be durable and can withstand repeated washing and drying without losing its colour or reflective properties. It also has excellent adhesion properties and can be applied to both light and dark-coloured fabrics. In addition, Fluorescent Flex PU Garment vinyl is resistant to water, mildew, and fading, making it suitable for use in outdoor environments.

Composition: Polyurethane (PU)
Thickness: 80 microns/.08mm
Heat press setting:
1) Preheat the heat press to 305°F (150°C).
2) Place your fabric onto the heat press and preheat it for 5-10 seconds to remove any moisture and wrinkles.
3) Place your design onto the fabric, with the carrier sheet facing up.
4) Apply heat and pressure for 8-10 seconds using medium to high pressure.
5) Peel off the carrier sheet while it is Cold.
6) If the vinyl is not fully adhered, repeat steps 4-5 until it is.
Iron-On setting:
1) For using a household iron, set it to the Cotton/Linen or Wool setting, which is usually the highest temperature setting available.
2) Turn OFF the steam setting on the iron.
3) Preheat the area of the fabric where you want to apply the vinyl for 10-15 seconds.
4) Place the weeded image onto the preheated fabric, liner side up. Apply medium to high pressure with the iron for 25-30 seconds, pressing down firmly and evenly with both hands.
5) Flip the fabric over and apply medium pressure with the iron to the back of the material for an additional 25-30 seconds.
6) Let the vinyl cool for a few seconds, then gently peel off the carrier sheet while it is still Cold.
7) If the vinyl is not fully adhered, repeat steps 4-6 until it is.
Note: Always perform a test cut and test application on a small, inconspicuous area of your fabric before applying your design to your final project to ensure the best results.
Care Instructions:
1) Wait for 24 hours before washing the garment after applying HTV vinyl.
2) Turn the garment inside out and wash it in cold water using a gentle cycle.
3) Do not use bleach or any harsh cleaning agents that may damage the vinyl.
4) Do not tumble dry the garment. Hang or lay it flat to air dry.
5) Do not dry clean.
6) If necessary, iron the garment inside out using a low or medium heat setting, avoiding direct contact with the vinyl.
