APPLICATION GUIDELINES
How to use MagicChem:
- Apply small drops of MagicChem to the HTV vinyl or DTF prints. For very small details, apply using a cotton bud or similar tool.
- Allow the MagicChem to soak in for just 5 seconds.
For HTV vinyl, you will see the vinyl begin to wrinkle, then peel the vinyl off the fabric directly.
For DTF printing, use a palette knife (or similar tool) or your fingernail with a rubber glove. If any glue residue remains or staining occurs, apply MagicChem again and rub until removed. Repeat the process if necessary.

Notice: We have fully tested MagicChem with our premium HTV standard PU vinyl and DTF printing. Some special vinyl, such as metallic puff, may not achieve optimal results due to the film’s construction. Our premium permanent HTV vinyl can be removed with MagicChem in just seconds. Some HTV will take longer to remove than others, depending on the base film construction. We strongly recommend testing MagicChem before use.
